The REALTORS® Land Institute, the proven experts in land for more than 80 years, promotes integrity, expertise, and excellence in every aspect of land real estate.
Ryker is now among the most accomplished land professionals in the country, joining an elite group of over 750 land specialists who hold the designation. In addition to subscribing to the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, ALCs support the high standards of conduct and experience that directly relate to their specialty. As an ALC, Ryker has access to the largest network of land professionals in the country, specialized industry knowledge, and a variety of market-specific resources to help best serve his clients.
Buying and selling land is one of the most complex real estate transactions and requires specialized professional education.
