March 23, 2026 (Jesup, GA) – Ryker Carter, Kyle Cato, and Dawson Dyal with the Carter Group have been recognized as members of the 2025 APEX Producers Club by the REALTORS Land Institute as part of the RLI APEX Production Awards Program, sponsored by The Land Report.
The team was recognized by RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, along with Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe, at a special awards ceremony held March 16 during the 2026 National Land Conference in San Antonio, Texas. This year marked the 20th anniversary of the National Land Conference.
This recognition reflects a year of strong production and continued commitment to serving landowners across Southeast Georgia. While Carter Group is widely known for its expertise in land—timberland, recreational tracts, farms, and investment properties—the team has built its reputation on something deeper: relationships, local knowledge, and a long-term view of land ownership.

All land professionals recognized as part of the RLI APEX Producers Club are active members of RLI and have achieved at least $5 million in qualifying closed land sales volume in 2025.
The APEX Awards Program celebrated another strong year, with 299 applicants representing a combined $9.29+ billion in qualifying transaction volume, 11,292 transaction sides, and more than 2.3 million acres sold. Recipients will receive national recognition in The Land Report’s Spring Magazine, RLI’s Terra Firma publication, and additional promotions throughout the year.
