Kyle Cato, a partner in Carter Group, has been an instrumental part of the company since 2006. He has been an integral part of the creative sales and marketing process that has lead to its success. Having a love for the great outdoors, and a background in web design has given Kyle a unique perspective on how to market properties in today's increasingly technical environment. This has directly lead to sales of millions of dollars worth of properties from locations all around Georgia. When free time presents itself, Kyle enjoys kayak fishing in the many waterways of Southeast Georgia, as well as hiking sections of the Appalachian Trail.

Matt is the owner of Quality Timber & Wildlife Mgmt, Inc and recently joined Carter Group after 19 years specializing in rural land sales and management. Matt attended UGA where he obtained a BS in wildlife management and a graduate degree in Forest Business. The most important thing UGA gave him though was his wife of 20 years Angela, who he met in soils and hydrology class. Matt and Angela have 2 boys 10 and 13 who are active in sports and love the outdoors. The Haun family resides in Jefferson, GA but Matt works all over GA, AL and Southern OH managing wildlife and recreational properties. Matt is an avid hunter who loves the pursuit of turkeys, deer, and ducks and is passing on that obsession to his boys. He also enjoys, perhaps more than anything else being offshore in the Gulf or Atlantic fishing with his family and enjoying the salty air and a bent rod.
