Kyle Cato, a partner in Carter Group Real Estate, has been an instrumental part of the company since 2006. He has been an integral part of the creative sales and marketing process that has lead to its success. A background in web design has given Kyle a unique perspective on how to market properties in today’s increasingly technical environment.
Phil Williams
Broker, Land Consultant
Phil’s early life was spent on a family farm in Coffee County, GA. In 1970 he and his young family relocated to Wayne County. He was employed at a local bank for a time, then moved on to Farm Credit Service – an agriculture lending business. Since 1984 he has been actively involved in real estate. For the last several years, he has been involved in a huge development project on the Georgia coast and in buying and selling land locally, in adjoining counties, as well as in several states.

Kristen Rozier
Marketing Specialist
The newest asset to Carter Group Real Estate is a specialist in marketing. Kristen recently joined the team and will be providing her expertise in marketing and public relations. She is a graduate of Valdosta State University, where she earned a B. B. A., with a major in Marketing. She brings several years of experience and a strong background in communication. She is very outgoing, very professional, and offers an array of ideas. She is proficient in online, print, and written media and will be overseeing the marketing efforts of the facility.
