Becky Branch

Ms. Branch was first licensed when living in Perry Georgia with her late husband Bobby and their three sons Robert, Lee and Geoffrey.
Her career journey has taken her in many different directions all involved working with the public, a gift shop on Saint Simons in the 80’s, Executive Director of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce, rental properties in Liberty and Bulloch counties and helping her husband in the Houston Home Journal in Perry, Ga.
The last few years she has been active in the new home sales market in Coastal Georgia and looks forward to helping more families find their home in the most desirable part of the Eastern Seaboard.
Becky’s first home was Brunswick when her father and mother and the late Laland and Grace Howard Yawn were stationed at Glynco during the early 40’s and she loves sharing the natural beauty of Glynn County with her family to include 4 granddaughters, Amanda, Callie and twins Emmaline and Georgia. Ms. Branch has also made her home in Glennville and Hinesville where she has family and friends from childhood.
Branch says the interest rates are still traditionally low even with the slowdown caused in part by the sub prime loan market. It is still a great time to purchase a home in Coastal Georgia. The real estate business is changing rapidly and Ms. Branch is proud to be a part of that change and invites potential customers to call and see how the buyer and seller can save money.
Ms. Branch hols the GRI and ABR certificates and states that with the changes taking place in the real estate market you have to continue your education to meet the challenges ahead.
